| Bio: | I'm 17 years old, I have darker-blonde hair and a changing eye color ranging from blue, hazel, green or grey. Currently, I'm a lifeguard at the private beach to our neighborhood. First off, I was brought into this world as the first of three kids by my parents and we all live happily in the boring suburbs of Michigan with my two dogs and two cats. My younger brothers, Joe and Mike, are 14 and 10 respectively. When I was little, doctors tried to fix my "pigeon toe" problem. To help, my parents put my shoes on the wrong feet to try and straighten them out. It somewhat worked, but the doctors said that I would have natural speed because of the angled position of my feet. In other words, thanks to my feet "defect" I've benefitted enormously from it. Therefore, I began playing soccer since I was four years old and I've been going strong ever since. When I first came to Northern High School, I was appointed one of three captains for the school's JV squad. Currently, I'm a forward on the Varsity team. I have studied French for three years now, and I'm just about to enter my fourth as a Senior. My strengths in school include History, especially European studies, Psychology, and English. Because of this combination, I've found that one of the best suited careers ahead of me would be located in the movie-making industry. As an aspiring director/screenwriter/producer, I'm obsessive about films and the people who create them. To many, I'm unbeatable at the game "Bomb" as a result of this. I'm a very avid reader, as well. My favorite authors include DJ MacHale of the "Pendragon" series, JK Rowling of the "Harry Potter" franchise, and Dan Brown, who wrote such hits as "The Da Vinci Code" and "Angels & Demons." I also have some very dorky qualities, such as reading manga and writing stories. I enjoy reading mangas such as "Naruto," "Fruits Basket," "Whistle!," as well American mangas like "Last Hope" and "Destiny's Hand." My hobbies include listening to music, ranging from rock artists like Green Day, The All-American Rejects, and Angels & Airwaves, to classic rock artists like AC/DC and Metallica, to up-beat electronica found in the Blue Man Group, to Broadway musicals such as "Rent" and "Spring Awakening." I also like running and swimming, as well as dancing and singing (when no one is watching). | |||||
